Adult Dose

Calcitriol: 0.25 to 0.5 mcg daily; Calcium Carbonate: 500 to 2000 mg daily in divided doses; Zinc Sulfate: 15 to 30 mg daily

Pediatric Dose

Calcitriol: 0.01 to 0.03 mcg/kg/day; Calcium Carbonate: 1000 mg/day for children over 4 years; Zinc Sulfate: 1 mg/kg/day (not to exceed 25 mg)
