Dosage Information
Adult Dose

Side Effects

Contraindications & Precautions
Contraindicated in patients with severe renal impairment (eGFR < 30 mL/min), active bladder cancer, hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation, and in patients with metabolic acidosis, including diabetic ketoacidosis.
Important Warnings
Risk of ketoacidosis, serious urinary tract infections, and hypotension. Monitor renal function regularly; discontinue if eGFR falls below 30 mL/min. Use caution in patients with a history of bladder cancer.
