Use: | Treatment of moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's disease, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, and hidradenitis suppurativa.

Dosage Information
Adult Dose
Initial dose of 400 mg (administered as two 200 mg injections) at week 0, followed by 200 mg every other week starting at week 2.
Pediatric Dose
For pediatric Crohn's disease, initial dose of 400 mg (administered as two 200 mg injections) at week 0, followed by 200 mg every other week starting at week 2 for patients aged 6 years and older.
Side Effects

Contraindications & Precautions
Contraindicated in patients with a history of serious hypersensitivity reactions to Certolizumab pegol or any of its components, active infections (including tuberculosis), and in patients with moderate to severe heart failure.

Increased risk of serious infections, including tuberculosis; malignancies; and potential for liver injury. Patients should be screened for tuberculosis prior to initiation and monitored during treatment.
