Use: | Relief of symptoms associated with allergies, hay fever, and the common cold, including cough, nasal congestion, and runny nose.
Adult dose: | 10 mg/5 ml (Dextromethorphan) every 4-6 hours as needed; maximum 60 mg/day. 2 mg/5 ml (Chlorpheniramine) every 4-6 hours as needed; maximum 12 mg/day. 30 mg/5 ml (Pseudoephedrine) every 4-6 hours as needed; maximum 240 mg/day.
Pediatric dose: | Not recommended for children under 6 years;

Adult Dose

Pediatric Dose
Not recommended for children under 6 years; for children 6-12 years, 5 ml (2 mg/5 ml) every 4-6 hours; maximum 30 mg/day. For children 12 years and older, use adult dosing.
Side Effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, constipation, blurred vision, increased heart rate.
Contraindications & Precautions
Hypersensitivity to any component, severe hypertension, severe coronary artery disease, concurrent use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), and in children under 6 years.
