Dosage Information

Adult Dose

10-20 mL (2-4 tsp) every 4-6 hours as needed; do not exceed 120 mL (24 tsp) in 24 hours.

Pediatric Dose

Children 6-12 years: 5-10 mL (1-2 tsp) every 4-6 hours as needed; do not exceed 60 mL (12 tsp) in 24 hours. Children under 6 years: consult a physician.

Side Effects
