Adult Dose

Clorphenamine Maleate 2 mg every 4-6 hours (max 12 mg/day), Paracetamol 500 mg every 4-6 hours (max 3000 mg/day), Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 30 mg every 4-6 hours (max 240 mg/day).

Pediatric Dose

Clorphenamine Maleate 0.5 mg/kg/day divided into 2-3 doses (not to exceed 6 mg/day), Paracetamol 10-15 mg/kg every 4-6 hours (max 60 mg/kg/day), Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride not recommended for children under 6 years.

Side Effects

Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, headache, increased heart rate, and gastrointestinal disturbances.
