Adult dose: | Dexchlorpheniramine Maleate: 2 mg every 4 to 6 hours (max 12 mg/day); Guaifenesin: 200-400 mg every 4 hours (max 2400 mg/day); Pseudoephedrine Sulfate: 60 mg every 4 to 6 hours (max 240 mg/day).
Pediatric dose: | Dexchlorpheniramine Maleate: 1 mg for children 6-11 years every 4 to 6 hours

Side Effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, constipation, increased heart rate, and restlessness.
Contraindications & Precautions
Hypersensitivity to any component, severe hypertension, severe coronary artery disease, concurrent use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), and in children under 6 years of age.
Important Warnings
Caution in patients with glaucoma, prostate enlargement, or urinary retention; may cause drowsiness; avoid alcohol and other CNS depressants; not recommended during pregnancy unless advised by a physician.
