Diphenhydramine 6.25-12.5 mg every 4-6 hours (max 75 mg/day for ages 6-11), Dextromethorphan 5-10 mg every 4 hours (max 60 mg/day for ages 6-11), Pseudoephedrine 30 mg every 4-6 hours (max 120 mg/day for ages 6-11), Ammonium chloride 50-100 mg every 4-6 hours (consult pediatrician for ages <6), Sodium Citrate 0.5-1 g as needed (consult pediatrician for ages <6), Menthol 1-5 mg as needed (consult pediatrician for ages <6)
