About Dostarlimab

Class: | Monoclonal antibody (PD-1 inhibitor) Use: | Treatment of adult patients with mismatch repair-deficient (dMMR) or microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) recurrent or advanced endometrial cancer, and other solid tumors. Dosage Information

Adult Dose

500 mg administered as an intravenous infusion every 3 weeks for the first 4 doses, followed by 1,000 mg every 6 weeks.

Pediatric Dose
