Use: | Treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) after at least two prior therapies
Adult dose: | 25 mg orally twice daily for the first 14 days, then 15 mg orally twice daily
Pediatric dose: | Safety and efficacy not established in pediatric patients
Side effects: | Diarrhea, neutropenia, rash, fatigue, nausea, elevated liver enzymes
