Dosage Information

Adult Dose

Hypersensitivity to eculizumab or any component of the formulation; meningococcal infection (active or history)

Increased risk of meningococcal infections; patients should be vaccinated against Neisseria meningitidis at least 2 weeks prior to treatment; monitor for signs of infection and consider prophylactic antibiotics in at-risk patients
