Adult dose: | 44 mg administered subcutaneously once weekly for the first 4 weeks, followed by once every 2 weeks

Side effects: | Cytopenias (anemia, thrombocytopenia), infusion-related reactions, fatigue, nausea, diarrhea, and increased risk of infections
