Storage Requirements

Dosage Information
Adult Dose
The usual adult dose is 15-20 mg/kg/day, administered intravenously in divided doses every 6 hours. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 4 grams.
Pediatric Dose
For children, the recommended dose is 20-50 mg/kg/day, administered intravenously in divided doses every 6 hours. The specific dose depends on the severity of the infection and the child's weight.

Contraindications & Precautions
