Dosage Information
Adult Dose

Lidocaine: hypersensitivity to amide anesthetics; Lypressin: hypersensitivity, severe renal impairment; Norepinephrine: hypotension due to blood volume deficit, mesenteric or peripheral vascular thrombosis.
Important Warnings
Monitor cardiovascular status during administration; use caution in patients with cardiovascular disease; potential for local anesthetic systemic toxicity (LAST) with Lidocaine; Norepinephrine should be used with caution in patients with peripheral vascular disease.
