Storage Requirements

Store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F); protect from light; reconstituted solution should be used immediately or stored at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F) for up to 24 hours

Dosage Information

Adult Dose

100 mg IV once daily for invasive candidiasis; 150 mg IV once daily for esophageal candidiasis; 50 mg IV once daily for prophylaxis in high-risk patients

Pediatric Dose

1 mg/kg IV once daily for invasive candidiasis (up to a maximum of 100 mg); dosing for prophylaxis is not well established
