About Mogamulizumab

Use: | Treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory mycosis fungoides (MF) or Sézary syndrome (SS), both of which are types of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL).
Adult dose: | Initial dose of 1 mg/kg administered intravenously once weekly for the first 4 weeks, followed by 1 mg/kg every 2 weeks.
Pediatric dose: | Safety and efficacy have not been established in pediatric patients; therefore, pediatric dosing is not applicable.

Dosage Information
