About Nelarabine

Use: | Treatment of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma in patients who have not responded to or have relapsed after at least two prior therapies
Adult dose: | 1,500 mg/m² administered as an intravenous infusion over 1 hour on days 1, 3, and 5 of a 21-day cycle
Pediatric dose: | 650 mg/m² administered as an intravenous infusion over 1 hour on days 1, 3, and 5 of a 21-day cycle
