Storage Requirements

Dosage Information

Adult Dose

The dosage is individualized based on the severity of the condition and the fat content of the diet. Typically, starting doses are 500 lipase units/kg body weight per meal, with adjustments made based on clinical symptoms and stool fat content.

Pediatric Dose

For infants (up to 12 months), the starting dose is 2,000 to 4,000 lipase units per 120 mL of formula or per breastfeeding. For children older than 12 months, dosing is similar to adults, adjusted by weight and dietary fat intake.
