Dosage Information
Adult Dose

Contraindications & Precautions
Hypersensitivity to paraldehyde or any component of the formulation; severe respiratory depression; acute alcohol intoxication; and in patients with a history of seizures due to alcohol withdrawal.
Important Warnings
Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney impairment, and in elderly patients; may cause respiratory depression, especially when used with other CNS depressants; monitor for signs of overdose.
