Adult Dose

For PEG 4000, the typical adult dose is 17 grams (one sachet) dissolved in 8 ounces of water, taken once daily. For Simethicone, the usual adult dose is 100 mg taken after meals and at bedtime as needed, not exceeding 500 mg per day.

Pediatric Dose
