About Pralsetinib
Class: | RET kinase inhibitor
Use: | Treatment of adult patients with metastatic RET fusion-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), RET-mutant medullary thyroid cancer (MTC), and RET fusion-positive thyroid cancer.
Adult dose: | 400 mg orally once daily on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal.

Dosage Information
