Use: | Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold, sinusitis, and allergies, including headache, fever, nasal congestion, and sinus pressure.
Adult dose: | Ibuprofen: 200-400 mg every 4-6 hours as needed; maximum 1200 mg/day without physician supervision. Pseudoephedrine: 30 mg every 4-6 hours as needed; maximum 240 mg/day.
Pediatric dose: | Ibuprofen: 5-10 mg/kg every 6-8 hours as needed; maximum 40 mg/kg/day. P

Dosage Information
Adult Dose

Pediatric Dose

Side Effects

Contraindications & Precautions
Contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to ibuprofen, pseudoephedrine, or any component of the formulation, severe hypertension, coronary artery disease, and active peptic ulcer disease.
Important Warnings
Use with caution in patients with pre-existing kidney disease, liver disease, or cardiovascular conditions. Prolonged use may increase the risk of cardiovascular events and gastrointestinal bleeding. Avoid use in the third trimester of pregnancy.
