Adult Dose

Psyllium Husk: 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 g) mixed with at least 8 ounces of water, taken 1-3 times daily. Senna Extract: 1-2 capsules (400 mg) taken at bedtime, as needed.

Pediatric Dose

Psyllium Husk: Not recommended for children under 6 years; for children 6-12 years, 1/2 the adult dose may be used. Senna Extract: Not recommended for children under 2 years; for children 2-12 years, consult a healthcare provider for appropriate dosing.
