Important Warnings
Risk of severe skin reactions (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis); monitor for blood dyscrasias; caution in patients with G6PD deficiency; may cause folate deficiency; not recommended for use in pregnancy unless absolutely necessary
