About Ribociclib Succinate

Use: | Treatment of hormone receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HR+/HER2-) breast cancer in combination with an aromatase inhibitor as initial endocrine-based therapy in postmenopausal women, or in combination with fulvestrant in patients with disease progression following endocrine therapy.
Adult dose: | 600 mg orally once daily for 21 consecutive days followed by 7 days off treatment in a 28-day cycle.

Dosage Information
