Adult Dose

For plaque psoriasis: 150 mg administered as two subcutaneous injections of 75 mg each at weeks 0, 4, and every 12 weeks thereafter. For psoriatic arthritis: 150 mg administered as two subcutaneous injections of 75 mg each at weeks 0, 4, and every 12 weeks thereafter.

Pediatric Dose

Safety and efficacy in pediatric patients have not been established.

Side Effects

Common side effects include upper respiratory infections, headache, fatigue, injection site reactions, and tinea infections.

Contraindications & Precautions

Known hypersensitivity to risankizumab or any of its excipients.

Important Warnings

Serious hypersensitivity reactions, including anaphylaxis, may occur. Infections: Risankizumab may increase the risk of infections. Evaluate for tuberculosis before initiating treatment. Discontinue if a serious infection develops.
