About Sarilumab
Class: | Interleukin-6 (IL-6) receptor antagonist
Use: | Treatment of moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis in adults, either as monotherapy or in combination with methotrexate; also indicated for the treatment of COVID-19 in certain hospitalized patients.
Adult dose: | 150 mg subcutaneously every two weeks; may be increased to 200 mg based on clinical response.
