Dosage Information
Adult Dose
One tablet (Sofosbuvir 400 mg / Velpatasvir 100 mg) taken orally once daily, with or without food, for 12 weeks.
Pediatric Dose
For patients aged 3 years and older, the dosage is based on weight: 17 to < 30 kg: 1 tablet daily; 30 kg to < 45 kg: 1.5 tablets daily; ≥ 45 kg: 1 tablet daily.

Co-administration with strong inducers of CYP3A (e.g., rifampin, St. John's wort) and in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation.
