Storage Requirements

Store the lyophilized powder at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F). Do not freeze. Protect from light. Once reconstituted, use immediately or store at 2°C to 8°C for no more than 24 hours

Dosage Information

Adult Dose

12 mg/kg administered intravenously on Days 1, 8, 15, and 22 of each 28-day cycle for the first two cycles, followed by 12 mg/kg on Days 1 and 15 of subsequent cycles until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity

Pediatric Dose

Safety and efficacy have not been established in pediatric patients

Neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia, infusion-related reactions, fatigue, diarrhea, rash, and fever

Contraindications & Precautions

Hypersensitivity to tafasitamab-cxix or any component of the formulation; active infections; history of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML)

Important Warnings

Risk of serious infections, including PML; monitor for signs of infection; may cause cytopenias; perform complete blood counts regularly; caution in patients with a history of autoimmune disease or prior malignancies
