About Teicoplanin

Use: | Treatment of serious infections caused by Gram-positive bacteria, including infections caused by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), and for the treatment of endocarditis, osteomyelitis, and skin and soft tissue infections.
Adult dose: | Initial dose: 6 mg/kg IV once daily for 3 days, followed by 3 mg/kg IV once daily; for serious infections, may increase to 12 mg/kg IV once daily.

Storage Requirements

Dosage Information
