Thiocolchicoside: 4 mg to 8 mg, 2 to 3 times daily; Paracetamol: 500 mg to 1000 mg every 4 to 6 hours as needed, not exceeding 4000 mg per day

Pediatric Dose

Thiocolchicoside: Not recommended for children under 16 years; Paracetamol: 10-15 mg/kg every 4 to 6 hours as needed, not exceeding 5 doses in 24 hours
