Use: | Venetoclax is used for the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), with or without 17p deletion, and for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in combination with other agents in adults.

Dosage Information

Risk of tumor lysis syndrome (TLS), which can be life-threatening. Monitor blood counts and renal function closely. Adjust dose for concomitant use with CYP3A inhibitors. Avoid grapefruit products and Seville oranges during treatment.
