Use: | Used for the temporary relief of pain and fever, as well as to alleviate symptoms of allergy, hay fever, and the common cold.
Adult dose: | Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride: 25-50 mg every 4-6 hours as needed; maximum 300 mg/day. Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): 650 mg every 4-6 hours as needed; maximum 3000 mg/day.
Pediatric dose: | Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride: 1 mg/kg every 6-8 hours; maximum 150 mg/day. Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): 10-1

Dosage Information
Adult Dose
Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride: 25-50 mg every 4-6 hours as needed; maximum 300 mg/day. Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): 650 mg every 4-6 hours as needed; maximum 3000 mg/day.
Pediatric Dose
Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride: 1 mg/kg every 6-8 hours; maximum 150 mg/day. Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): 10-15 mg/kg every 4-6 hours; maximum 75 mg/kg/day or 3000 mg/day, whichever is lower.
Side Effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, nausea, and headache.
Contraindications & Precautions
Hypersensitivity to diphenhydramine, paracetamol, or any components of the formulation; severe liver disease; concurrent use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
Important Warnings
May cause drowsiness; avoid alcohol and operating heavy machinery. Use with caution in patients with liver disease, asthma, or glaucoma. Overdose of paracetamol can lead to severe liver damage.
