Class: | Benzodiazepine derivative
Use: | Adjunctive treatment of seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome in patients 2 years of age and older; also used for anxiety disorders.
Adult dose: | Initial dose of 5 mg to 10 mg once daily; may be increased to a maximum of 40 mg per day based on clinical response and tolerability.
Pediatric dose: | For children aged 2 to 17 years, initial dose of 5 mg once daily; may be increased based on clinical response, with a maximum of 20 mg per day
