Adult dose: | Initial dose of 2 mg subcutaneously, may be increased to a maximum of 6 mg as needed; doses can be repeated every 1 to 2 hours as required

Contraindications & Precautions
Hypersensitivity to apomorphine or any component of the formulation; concomitant use with 5-HT3 antagonists (e.g., ondansetron) due to risk of severe hypotension; patients with a history of severe cardiovascular disease

Risk of severe hypotension, especially after the first dose; monitor blood pressure; may cause sudden sleep episodes; caution in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease or those taking antihypertensive medications; potential for impulse control disorders and other behavioral changes
