Pediatric dose: | Lamivudine: 4 mg/kg (up to 150 mg) and Zidovudine: 6 mg/kg (up to 300 mg) taken twice daily, based on weight
Side effects: | Nausea, headache, fatigue, anemia, neutropenia, lactic acidosis, liver toxicity
