Dosage Information
Adult Dose
The initial dose for adults is typically 0.4 to 0.5 mg/kg administered intravenously. Maintenance doses of 0.08 to 0.1 mg/kg may be given as needed, usually every 15 to 25 minutes.
Pediatric Dose
For children over 1 month of age, the initial dose is generally 0.3 to 0.4 mg/kg IV. Maintenance doses of 0.08 to 0.1 mg/kg can be administered as required.
Side Effects

Contraindications & Precautions
