Storage Requirements

Store vials in the original carton at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F). Do not freeze. Protect from light.

Dosage Information

Adult Dose

10 mg/kg administered as an intravenous infusion every 2 weeks.

Pediatric Dose

Safety and efficacy have not been established in pediatric patients for MCC; for UC, dosing is the same as in adults (10 mg/kg every 2 weeks).

Side Effects

Fatigue, infusion-related reactions, rash, diarrhea, nausea, decreased appetite, and immune-mediated adverse reactions (e.g., pneumonitis, colitis, hepatitis, endocrinopathies).
