About Tadalafil

Use: | Treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)
Adult dose: | 10 mg taken prior to sexual activity; may be increased to 20 mg or decreased to 5 mg based on efficacy and tolerability. For daily use, 2.5 mg to 5 mg once daily is recommended.
Pediatric dose: | Not approved for use in pediatric patients.
Side effects: | Headache, flushing, dyspepsia, back pain, myalgia, nasal congestion, and dizziness.
