About Dantrolene

Adult dose: | Initial: 25 mg orally, may increase by 25 mg to 50 mg daily; maintenance: 100 mg to 400 mg daily in divided doses
Pediatric dose: | Initial: 0.5 mg/kg orally, may increase to 2 mg/kg daily in divided doses; maximum: 10 mg/kg/day
