Adult dose: | Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 25 mg and Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 325 mg: 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed; do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours.
Pediatric dose: | Not recommended for children under 12 years; for children 12 years and older, the adult dose may be used.
