Use: | Relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion; also used for the common cold symptoms.
Adult dose: | 10 mg of Dexbrompheniramine Maleate and 60 mg of Pseudoephedrine Sulfate every 4 to 6 hours as needed, not to exceed 4 doses in 24 hours.
Pediatric dose: | For children aged 6 to 12 years: 5 mg of Dexbrompheniramine Maleate and 30 mg of Pseudoephedrine Sulfate every 4 to 6 h

Dosage Information
Adult Dose

Pediatric Dose

Side Effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, and increased heart rate.
Contraindications & Precautions
Hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation; use in patients with severe hypertension, severe coronary artery disease, or during the use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
