About Ebastine
Class: | Antihistamine (Second-generation H1 receptor antagonist)
Use: | Treatment of allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial) and chronic idiopathic urticaria.
Adult dose: | 10 mg once daily; in cases of severe symptoms, the dose may be increased to 20 mg once daily.
Pediatric dose: | For children aged 6 to 11 years: 5 mg once daily (typically administered as an oral solution or syrup). Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
