Adult dose: | Apply a thick layer (approximately 1-2 g) to the treatment area, cover with an occlusive dressing, and leave for 1-2 hours before the procedure.
Pediatric dose: | For children aged 1 month to 12 years, apply a thick layer (up to 2 g per 10 cm²) to the treatment area, cover with an occlusive dressing, and leave for 1-2 hours.

Dosage Information
Adult Dose

Pediatric Dose
For children aged 1 month to 12 years, apply a thick layer (up to 2 g per 10 cm²) to the treatment area, cover with an occlusive dressing, and leave for 1-2 hours. Maximum dose is 5 g.
Side Effects
Common side effects include redness, swelling, or irritation at the application site, and systemic effects such as dizziness, headache, or nausea may occur in rare cases.
Contraindications & Precautions
Hypersensitivity to lidocaine, prilocaine, or any component of the formulation; use in patients with a history of methemoglobinemia; and in patients with severe liver disease.
Important Warnings
Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, or those taking medications that may affect methemoglobin levels. Avoid application on broken or inflamed skin.
