About Enoxaparin Sodium

Adult dose: | For DVT prophylaxis: 40 mg subcutaneously once daily; for treatment of DVT/PE: 1 mg/kg subcutaneously every 12 hours or 1.5 mg/kg subcutaneously once daily.
