About Eplerenone

Use: | Eplerenone is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and heart failure, particularly after a heart attack, to improve survival and reduce the risk of hospitalization.
Adult dose: | For hypertension: Start with 50 mg once daily, may increase to 50 mg twice daily if needed. For heart failure post-myocardial infarction: Start with 25 mg once daily, titrate to 50 mg once daily within 4 weeks as tolerated.

Dosage Information
Adult Dose
