Adult dose: | Initial dose: 100 mg subcutaneously at week 0 and week 4; Maintenance dose: 100 mg subcutaneously every 8 weeks thereafter
Pediatric dose: | Safety and efficacy not established in pediatric patients under 18 years of age
Side effects: | Upper respiratory infections, headache, injection site reactions, naus
