Use: | Treatment of growth failure in children with severe primary IGF-1 deficiency or with growth hormone gene deletion who have developed neutralizing antibodies to growth hormone

Pediatric dose: | Initial dose of 0.04 to 0.1 mg/kg subcutaneously once daily, may be increased based on response and tolerability, up to a maximum of 0.12 mg/kg
