                        Side Effects

                Contraindications & Precautions
            
            Contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to isoniazid or any component of the formulation, and in those with acute liver disease or previous isoniazid-associated hepatic injury.
         
        
        
            
                Important Warnings
            
            Isoniazid can cause severe and sometimes fatal hepatitis. Risk is age-related and increases with alcohol consumption and concurrent use of other hepatotoxic drugs. Monitor liver function tests regularly.
