Use: | Management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia, adjunctive therapy for adult patients with partial-onset seizures, fibromyalgia, and neuropathic pain associated with spinal cord injury.
Adult dose: | Initial dose is typically 75 mg twice daily; may be increased to 150 mg twice daily within one week based on efficacy and tolerability. Maximum dose is 300 mg twice daily.

Contraindications & Precautions

Important Warnings
May cause angioedema, hypersensitivity reactions, increased risk of suicidal thoughts or behavior, dizziness and somnolence, which may impair the ability to perform tasks such as driving. Use with caution in patients with renal impairment; dose adjustment may be necessary. Discontinuation should be done gradually over a minimum of one week to minimize the potential of withdrawal symptoms.
